To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or in court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, each party waives any right to a jury trial.
